There is $0 foreign aid in the covid relief bill. That money is in the government funding bill. There were three bills voted on at the same time in a single vote, all three would have passed or failed with that one single vote. It's called an OMNIBUS package. There was the government funding bill, the NDAA, and the Covid relief package.

For people that know exactly how the electoral college and every other facet of government works to not understand omnibus bills is hilarious. Basically it clearly shows their "knowledge" really comes from the television and other people's social media posts and their twitter heroes.

I will admit, however, the government needs to do a better job of informing the public.
