Pence can't do shit except be in charge of counting votes already certified by the states. if the VP had that kind of power every election would be decided by the VP and voting would be pointless. Gee, the Vice President using his power to ensure that the laws are faithfully executed, while serving in his role as president of the senate, presiding over this process, really threatens your ability to have fraudulent votes decide the outcome of elections. Doesn't it? Talk about pointless. like I said then all electors that aren't of his party would always be fraudulent and thrown out. And it funny none of Trumps fraud claims ever made into the courts as fact. And that includes the SC that trump has 3 of his appointed justices. We are dealing with a foreign backed coup of Trump and the US government. Rudy, Powell and others will prove that in court. This is a national security issue, not domestic vote fraud by local bad actors, rather coordinated, funded and planned treason by domestic traitors with foreign enemies. Corrupt state and lower federal courts won't rule on national security evidence, because its outside their jurisdiction. There is a path forward --Supreme Court--and last resort the US military.
