Pence can't do shit except be in charge of counting votes already certified by the states. if the VP had that kind of power every election would be decided by the VP and voting would be pointless. Gee, the Vice President using his power to ensure that the laws are faithfully executed, while serving in his role as president of the senate, presiding over this process, really threatens your ability to have fraudulent votes decide the outcome of elections. Doesn't it? Talk about pointless. like I said then all electors that aren't of his party would always be fraudulent and thrown out. And it funny none of Trumps fraud claims ever made into the courts as fact. And that includes the SC that trump has 3 of his appointed justices. Maybe, if we still have Democrats and RINOs in power. It is clear the rule of law means nothing to them. There is, however, a difference between upholding the rule of law, and working to undermine it. The left likes to conflate these things, circumvent the laws when it needs to, while holding their opponents to a higher standard, as part of a strategic effort to destroy the country. Pence has a chance to stop them dead in their tracks this time. And he should.
