You seem to be an accomplished legal scholar, Trigger.
Please point out where in the law (see above) the Vice President is given the power to unilaterally throw out the results from the electoral college and install his choice as president.

If course it does not give the Vice President the power to veto the presidential election and choose his own winner. Don't be silly. It's not about Veto or choosing a winner. That's the mistake you are making. Why do you think they will be presenting evidence? For nothing? That makes no sense. The VP has the ability to delay, choose a different set of electors or send back to the states to re-certify any states where fraud is contested based on the evidence presented.
