Because Pence is the president of the Senate. He will accept or reject the electors.

Pence will more than likely reject them because of the overwhelming amount of fraud found in the presidential election. If he rejects them, Trump is the election winner because all of those elector votes will be subtracted from Biden's total count, which will put him below Trump.
