Pence informed Trump that he can't block Biden's win(CNN) - Vice President Mike Pence on Tuesday told President Donald Trump that he does not have the authority to block certification of President-elect Joe Biden's win when Congress meets to count electoral votes, sources told CNN. [ link to edition.cnn.com (secure)] ps: Pence is 3/4 Irish, and looks like he's trying to ride away quitely into the night...... Hmmm...always thought that Pence had no personality, and was just baggage. Trump should've have replaced him with a female candidate this time, either Condoleeza Rice or Nikki Haley. Would have cut into the huge Democrat female vote, and Biden's pandering to the People of Color. Trump was never a real politician, only a businesman. When facing a well experienced and cunning politician like Biden, backed by the influential Irish diaspora, powerful Catholic church, and zillions of Third Worlders, he got clobbered.
