In California open carrying guns is illegal, but concealed carry isn't.

In Ohio, there are no laws governing open carry (you can technically do so legally), but it is illegal to conceal carry without a license. Does anything ever make sense these days?

In US as long as you are not a felon. You can legally carry a loaded weapon legally as long as it is in the open for all to see. When people notice everyone with guns all around them they will freak out

You'd have to look specifically at the Ohio Revised Code, but here's some info I found (doesn't say it is illegal to do otherwise [unlicensed]):

"A concealed handgun license holder may transport a loaded, concealed
handgun in a motor vehicle. You may not have a loaded handgun in the
vehicle if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol."

That depends on the state. In GA you can open carry with a permit, but in FL it must be concealed.
