You are not a prophet dude- It was already reported earlier today lost of people on his cabinet are resigning- some already did. It is like this at the end of any presidency as the transition team takes over with the new appointees.

Trump and America First hurt Washington's cash flow.

Washington doesn't intend to change, and the American public is only beginning to understand that the Deep State is a deeply entrenched group of politicians, lobbyists, administrators, and government employees who run Washington like a big business that they own.

There are three things necessary for the Deep State to work. The first is unlimited government power. Politicians must be able to give donors whatever they want, even if it's outside the powers granted by the Constitution. Second, they need unlimited campaign contributions to keep the money flowing. Third, they need unlimited terms to build the power to control things.

If you remove unlimited power and unlimited money, the system crumbles. Unlimited terms are no good without the power and money. Trump tried to break the system, and they tried to break Trump. The people, in a Constitutional Convention, must strengthen the limits on government, define limited contributions, and set term limits.

Limit political contributions to small amounts, $100 or less, from registered voters in the election district, once in each election. No big donors, no outside donors, and no group donors. Everyone is free to endorse anyone, that's free speech, but big money is bribery. There would be more than enough money from election districts for honest elections. Keep the power in the voter's hands and politicians will serve them.

It's cool, I'm pretty keyed up.

I don't see of this as a "normal transition", something about this seems really really fucked up and dark.

To be honest, I'm terrified.

Real talk, I don't feel like this is "business as usual", and I hope to hell I'm wrong, but I feel like this is some sort of turning point, and the "it can't happen here" moment is finally happening here.

It isn't just Trumpism, although I did support him, it feels like more than that.

Even the Trump presidency was a response to a feeling in the collective consciousness, and this is why I feel so many people showed up to DC and broke into the capitol.

I feel like that was a response to a feeling, something people can't express in a way other than frustration.

At the heart of it I feel like this is our Bolshevik moment, and we all know it, so there is this general sense of desperation.
