The sixth Trumpet is about what we would call WW3.
When the 6th Trumpet sounds, the four angels are loosed from the Euphrates river who are prepared for a month, a day and an hour for to slay the 3rd part of mankind.

The Euphrates river is housed by 4 modern nations. In this case the four nations are represented by 4 angels. The nations are
Syria
Iraq
Iran and Turkey.

WW3 is already in its beginnings here for years now, much of it is proxy wars between larger nations fighting Islamic Terrorism in these areas, but it will eventually go nuclear and 1 3rd of mankind will be killed by this. With todays current population, that is around 2.5 billion ppl i believe. Also under the Sixth Trumpet it names the size of the army in the war, it is 200,000,000.

We don't know for sure who this is but for example, China has boasted that they could field a 200million man army.
