The Vatican “Blackout” anomaly is 100% a dark-filter. But why add a filter?

Reference the video below. Now, it’s clear all lights went out simultaneously. This is very irregular for this large a complex, where different types of lights will shut down at different intervals (and seldom “immediately”). Similarly, they all turn back on at the same convenient time as their dawn bells ringing.

Further proof is observing the vehicle lights, which also “fade to black”. Why would a battery-powered light shut off during a blackout, apart from EMP?

So the question becomes, why is the darkened filter necessary? What do they gain by darkening a live-stream after hours? What sort of activity are they trying to hide?
