Having static IPs can be easily exploited by government DDOS attacks. Having sites hosted in different countries can be easily dealt with government firewalls (like in China and Russia for example). Most of the Earth population is living behind government censorship firewalls already so it is just a matter of when they are going to be implemented in every country. If Par<censored> and GA<censored> are going to be hosted outside of the USA, I guess USA is going to get its Great Firewall of America very soon, probably this year. |
