FYI Apple push malware, security and certain software updates to your phone on a daily basis and you cannot turn it off unless you put your phone in permanent flight mode. Disabling emergency alerts could be done via such an update. Except it would be highly illegal, and would be a crime in the same category as blocking your phone from calling 911. |
