Since the coffee hasn't kicked in and my math skills are still asleep I am going to call that about 20% of the US population would have to be murdered in order to create a permanent communist state.

Based upon the extermination policies of Communists around the world, I feel that his is a logical target number for them 20% of all Americans are going to be killed to achieve their goals.
