I always use as an example for people how when Germany was about to come into tyranny, the people all had a similar opinion: they just didn't care.

It didn't affect them.

People are fucking weak. Mid twenties people barely able to cope with reality all the while acting like it doesn't affect them.

This is a big problem.

So many of the really good ones even have been so badgered with negativity they're giving up.

People are splitting. Relationships ending. People going to and fro like leaves in the wind, not holding a stance on any issue, too afraid to have a personal opinion.

It's fucking disgusting and terrifying.

I live with one. I cannot look at or speak to her the same way. I've explained to her everything she is saying and doing is what Germans did before and during Hitler and she's much too weak. It sucks because she's in a relationship with my business partner and one of my best friends. I think he's smarter than that, you may even be reading this and all I can say is you're my best friend.
