WARNING! I JUST RECEIVED AN URGENT SMS ALERT ABOUT PRESIDENT TRUMP. WTF?????

So, I'm on my cellphone then all of a sudden it starts blaring out a EMS type of alarm. Its not any type of tone that's in my system. The person on the other end hears it and asks me what the noise is. I didn't know so I end the call to check. Here is what I find.... (I'm posting this word for word plus caps used minus some censorship)

Has anyone else gotten anything like this at all? How the hell is this even possible. I'm checking the validity of the sender as we speak and will post the complete number after it's verified. This is not right!!!!
