Why is Insurgence USA founder John Sullivan, "JaydenX" , not currently detained and being treated as an "insurrectionist"?

If you watch this whole video by "JaydenX" , the guy who says that he's not BLM or Antifa, but who is founder of "Insurgence USA" ( www.insurgenceusa.com ) and a clear anti-Trump activist, you can hear him instigating the crowd to violence many times and talking down guards at various checkpoints:


Yet instead of being hunted down by law enforcement, he's being interviewed by CNN and treated as a brave "reporter". This is outrageously counternarrative and extremely suspicious. Here are some of John Sullivan's quotes from his video:

"This is a revolution, motherfuckers, let's go.....we taking this shit.....it's a motherfucking revolution, let's take this shit...this shit's ours, we ain't standing for this shit"
(instigating the crowd to breach the outside checkpoint barrier)

"We need to get this shit burned"
(as in set fire to the Capitol.....right after he made his way inside)

"Go! go! get this shit!"
(Right before Ashli Babbitt was shot....)

It's unclear whether he was coordinating with anyone else, but throughout his full video, he was definitely instigating and using tactics that he'd either been trained in or used before in order to convince the guards at every standoff he faced to stand down.

At least three times, at three different locations, including the barrier where Babbitt was shot, he approached the guards and said something like "it's not worth it, man, just leave, go home.... I've seen what happened to the guards in other areas, I'm just worried about you and your families, just let us through and leave because you're going to get hurt otherwise"

He was later recorded at a local hotel, where he admitted that he'd been detained, questioned and then released:

How this guy got released by the police & FBI is really odd, considering the official insurrection/coup narrative and how so many people are being hunted down. His own footage really incriminates him as being a serious, and potentially intentional, instigator.
