You can't have A Senate trial for someone not holding office and they know they won't be successful in a real court of law.

Impeachment will only work without a real Senate trial and only votes and then only if Republicans switch and vote.

Could you imagine how glorious it would be for red states to succeed from the union? Let California, NY, Colorado, Maryland, Massachusetts, Road Island, etc take care of themselves with THEIR own tax money. Make them live in the shitholes they made. They would slam their doors shut real quick to all the illegals THEY would have to pay for. We would have to enact some type of constitution that would prevent our beautiful states from being taken over by liberal ideology, when they flee their sinking blue states for our prosperous states.
