These also could be very likely be US Army CID badge as its a similar shape and style badge looking at the lady in the front left you see the darker blue/black color in it, consistent with the DC Detective Badge but is also consistent with US Army CID.

Let's be realistic if this has been a military operation from long before the election having US Army CID on it is not too far fetched. Depending on what is on her laptop if indeed special forces are the ones who got a hold of that thing... makes more sense that it is Army CID.

Ft. Belvoir VA is where CID command is for US Army that's conveniently 30 min drive away from the capital. Who ever the lesbian entourage is in her parade they are not personal protection or security we can all agree on that. so if its a DC Detective, US Marshals, US Army CID Special Agent,doesn't matter someone with a badge that's not a beat cop or 1-800-renta-security has her number.
