Hmm... at the 29:09 mark I did a Google Search for that Executive Order 13037. I wanted to see for myself if it really does declare within the text humans are HUMAN CAPITAL. I only could find this link which seems to be the only somewhat intact text on Executive Order 13037. [link to www.govinfo.gov (secure)] I originally was going to slam this entire video as BS mostly because it all sounds fantastic by the time you get to the 29:09 mark. Only... something really bizarre happened when I bothered to look for that EO itself. Notice something wrong with that provided link? Yeah... it is only two pages long. Look at the top of the page:

I see that Copy and Paste Operation did not work well. Oh well. You can click on the link to see for yourself. The link is a two page .pdf of a document that is at least two hundred and seventy seven pages long. Something is very seriously afoot here. Also I just looked further.
