Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 2928543 United States 01/19/2022 04:34 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I think Tampa Bay is great, I think Tom Brady is great. I think they are doing a very good job to repeat the success they had last year. But I think with the Rams offense with both O'Dell and Cam Akers being used on a completely different level of how good it was when they just had Kupp and Robert Woods. Everybody on that team is hungry it is a legitimate Super Team. We thought the Bucs were a Super Team>>>??? smh noooooooooooooooooooo This is like I said the Golden State Warriors. And I don't think Tom is gonna be able to do it. Maybe if every single person on the Buccaneers roster is 100% healthy and they can play every single snap they can put something together I just don't see them keeping up. I see Tom making a couple mistakes. Because he's gonna have a shit load of pressure on him. I see Matt Stafford picking apart the Buccaneers secondary. And I see Sean McVay celebrating with a win at thee end. This game is gonna be close, it's gonna be good , it's gonna be entertaining. |
Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 2928543 United States 01/19/2022 04:44 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Buffalo is gonna march into Arrowhead they are gonna kick Kansas City's ass. That is as simple as I can put it. They are gonna beat the living fuck out of them. It's gonna be worse then the first time they played. I know the Chiefs have been on that hot streak, they been looking good. I got a love and respect for them. But they haven't been playing the number one defense in football. There defense hasn't been playing against Buffalo's offense. Sunday night the Chiefs are absolutely fucked. You know it. Just as every fan in Buffalo knows it. Just as well as every NFL fan knows it. Th Chiefs are fucked. Back in October the Bills shut the coffin lid. Well Sunday night they are gonna finish the job and bury the Chiefs. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 79859560 United States 01/19/2022 06:23 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | ya you could be right relooking at the 13 system that i use to pick Super Bowls (teams that have played 13 regular season games historically have played in the last 5-6 Super Bowls) Combinations that still apply using 13 system are for AFC teams KC vs TB KC vs SF KC vs GB Buff vs Rams Buff vs GB Tenn vs Rams Tenn vs GB Cincinnati is out. Only teams they have played 13x are Dall & Det. Both are gone. Bye bye Bengals. If not this then for sure next week. For the NFC teams Rams vs Tenn Rams vs Buff SF vs KC SF vs Buff GB vs KC GB vs Buff TB vs KC I apologize for my mistake when I earlier said that the only team the Rams have played 13 regular season games are Buffalo. Tennessee also applies as you can see. Had to report this after just rechecking (it's been awhile). But as you can see the 13 system will again win this Super Bowl. They got just about every combination covered. This is beyond peculiar. There are 32 NFL teams and that is plenty of combinations. The odds are staggering for this to happen. Just thought I would share Going with Rams over Bills and the answer is just because fuggin told you so Your algorithms seem to be working pretty good, my friend. I don't think you'll hit it, but if you do, this thread goes into the glp vault of nailed predictions-- trust me, I've been here a long time, and you'd be in very select company...actually, probably by yourself ...lol :bigthumb: Well he did call it last year,.. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 80276927 United States 01/19/2022 06:28 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Rams will beat Bucs. It would be too boring for viewers to see Bucs win again. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77289231 I woke up and I'm going back and forth on this one lol. Now I'm leaning Rams. This is why I don't gamble on rigged games. I don't have intestinal fortitude. I was told in the 90's by a former Dodgers pitcher that baseball was rigged. Well, he admitted to giving up runs, not tossing wins... Although I saw a couple world series games after, I haven't enjoyed sportsball the same since. I assume it's all rigged for franchise and gambling profits. I'm just curious- has your understanding of rituals broadened over the last 31 pages? It feels like the rituals revolve around main characters, ritual sacrifice, and world events. The Dodgers honoring Jackie Robinson's death after Chadwick Boseman ( he played Jackie in the movie ) died on Jackie Robinson day. Or the Braves winning in honor of Hank Aaron dying to open the season. The Red Sox win the WS after the Boston Marathon bombing. The Astros win the WS after Hurricane Harvey. Lakers win the Finals after Kobe dies. It's all pretty easy once the ritual is identified, but the people scripting this stuff double code and intertwine narratives so it gets tricky in some championships. This NFL season's main character is Aaron Rodgers. I've assumed a lot of the numbers in his case were regarding MVP, but I've recently started wonder if his story is the Super Bowl and the MVP. Cowboys were clearly decoys, I feel stupid having picked them. We'll see what happens. A lot supports the Chiefs and Packers. I also see support for the Bucs and Bills. We'll have a much clearer picture after this weekend what ritual they're going with. Cool. Thanks for answering. I have noticed what you have in your first paragraph. I never believed it was that obvious until after each event. I never bet the info. I'll come back to this thread next Monday to see what your and OP's thoughts are. When you are proven correct, I'll feel a little sadder but it's okay. |

The NFL gives us the first home team to host a Super Bowl. 2021 was all about the vaccines. Aaron Rodgers is at the forefront of vaccines in the NFL. Those against the vaccine can watch the SB and root for Rodgers. Those for the vaccine can root against him. The NFL wins by getting lots of viewers. I originally thought the NFL would be embarrassed by Rodgers avoiding the vax and want to keep him out of the SB. But it's an entertainment business and "all press is good press." Aaron Rodgers and Green Bay gets more viewership this year over the vaccines than they would've last year had they beat Tampa and played in the SB. Whether Green Bay wins or loses the Super Bowl might be based on where the covid and vaccine narrative is at come February 13th. If the media is still pushing vaccines at that time, then GB probably loses. If they have backed off the vaccines, then GB probably wins. |

One of the story lines will be how the Super Bowl is back in Los Angeles. The Packers and the Chiefs played Super Bowl I in Los Angeles. There is some room for the Bills in this storyline, however. The last time the Super Bowl was played in the greater Los Angeles area (not including San Diego) was in 1993 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. The Cowboys beat the Bills in that game. |

Dude has near zero pocket presence and tends to force and throw key int's. He's got 1 playoff win (last week) in his career. If he goes thru Tompa, Rodgers and Allen, it will be an amazing story. Not rooting against him by any means. |

So I discovered a new wrinkle that might keep us from seeing the Chiefs Packers "State Farm Bowl" this year. The Super Bowl next year, in 2023, is in Arizona. At State Farm Stadium. While so blatantly obvious, could the NFL really pass up such a story line? Wouldn't that be a dream matchup for State Farm, who spends a ton on advertising? |

The Bills will now host the AFC Championship game if they beat the Chiefs. Buffalo is trying to get a new stadium built, and is making some threats of moving the team to Austin. Hosting a championship game and playing in the Super Bowl may provide the excitement and momentum to get a stadium deal done. |
