Quoting: Bailey Howe I went to the USPS web site and no states werw listed but it claimed this is their protocol! Im assuming they have not published the 7 states yet. Now you tell me ...all this for a virtual swearing in of biden?? you gotta be kidding me ANOTHER excuse for not doing their jobs. COVID is the get home free card, with endless days off, paid.
