If you want to buy a crossbow, I recommend any Xbow from Excalibur.
It's a Canadian Company, and it is arguably the best Xbow around.
DO NOT buy a compound crossbow.
The pulleys on them can be a big headache. Simpler is better.
Get the drawing aid too.
I have the Phoenix - it's an older model but still works like new.
