OP I just did some tests on the audio and I retract my Autotune statements. No sign of engineering. Only some reverb but the voice is real.

She's is using her naturally aspirated inbuilt suppressor to actively limit "exhaust" and pitch the voice down, Allmost same tecniqe used by Eastern throat singers.
