Supposedly, they're is a serial number on back of original birth certificates that corresponds with your stock ID number that the government has you listed as a stock asset on Wall Street.
There was a big "to do" about this back in 2005. It's was supposed to tell your potential stock value as property of the Corporate US Gov.
