I'm a realist, but I think it is a legit question to ask because it isn't logical. Why go through all the extra work when you're just grinding out the final hours? If I found out the world was ending, the last thing I would be doing is making sure I'm paying my utility bills... I mean I guess it could all be some elaborate disinfo ploy, but that's pretty far-fetched and stupid. I still apply the "simplest solution is usually the correct solution". You're the only one being logical. The keeping hope alive and POTUS making money off us theories from these two guys aren't even plausible. I too am very curious why much of his staff were making decisions and changing policies so late in the game. It really is just confusing.
