The correct answer is PEACEFUL NON-COMPLIANCE.
Anything else is a waste of time and energy.

The right has been peacefully protesting for years and they still lost the country. Tyrants always COUNT on "peaceful non-compliance". "Violence is NEVER the answer." Did the Founding Fathers believe that? They believed that sometimes, violence turns out to be the ONLY answer. Tyrants LOVE non-violent people.
