If 34 of then sign on then there has to be a Constitutional Convention called. The Feds are supposed to answer to the States not the other way around. California, New York and such do not run the US! Quit letting them! Too late for that. Politicians won't obey the terrific Bill of Rights and Constitution we have now. Zero chance they will obey any new laws. That was when we were still the United States of America- now it's name only.
