Best way to proceed is to call at National Constitutional Convention which is state driven and dissolve the federal government in its present configuration. Then create autonomous regional republics each with their own federal governments. If you don't proceed legally and dissolve the current federal government, the Deep State will go after the seceding states militarily and economically. THINK before you proceed.
