Why didn't Trump pardon Snowden and Assange?

It continues to amaze me why he did not. Makes me wonder if he really is, was, or became part of the swamp.

Why didn't Trump pardon Snowden and Assange? hell, ...that's an easy one. For the same reason that he didn't put Hillary in Jail or clean up the swamp.
