Yes, all you need to be healthy is a good diet, excercise and meditation. This will achieve HOMEOSTASIS in your body.

It does appear that
1. There have always been the childhood diseases with actual symptoms that were similar for each child. As an oldie, I had them. When the mom saw each disease pass through each child, she would write it in a book so that the child would know they had immunity

2. Children who did not have those diseases would grow up into adults who were at risk, and then sometimes, for instance, a male person would get one of the diseases meant for childhood, and get very sick and loose his fertility. Or a woman who didn't get one of the childhood diseases would get it during pregnancy and it might give birth defects to her child

The above proves to me that these diseases (such as chicken pox and measles and rubella) DO EXIST

Whether the virus idea is true is another question.

But it does appear that shots have caused children to NOT GET these diseases. Or at least made it so that VERY FEW children get these diesease, that were once common.
