it isn't just chat bot, look up project vctr / known as project vector, it's anti vaxx misinformation tracking software, that tracks all of social media/blogs and then some.. most likely our phones top.. also might want to browse the w.h.o.'s vector agenda.. gates and the grand challenge.. this isn't good at all. people need to know about this
