They have already stated that they have the data showing realtime manipultion of the vote and one of the whitehats showed how it was done. This case is going to be fun to watch

Having Rudy & Sydney doing discovery on the company is a huge mistake.

Funny. They can 'ask for' any amount they want. There's no way they'd EVERRRRR be able to prove damages anywhere NEAR that amount. In fact, the whole thing (any press is good press, even bad press...) may have increased their brand awareness and sales pipeline.

Only a fool would go against two lawyers who specialize in that field (defamation) and have unlimited resources (i.e. their OWN time) to fight it. If I were a Domino share/stakeholder I'd be mega pissed about a frivolous suit and the mountain of billable hours it will generate for their lawyers.

Irreversible damage

They will counter sue Dominion and break the bank. DISCOVERY is hell when it exposes the vile filthy fraud committed. Just the video of the dominion clown saying he would see Trump did not win he had ways of working the voting machines to make sure there was no victory.

Dominion is suing to keep them quiet for YEARS while they drag their lawsuit out.

As long as the litigation is ongoing, Rudy, Sidney and Mike aren't allowed to talk about the case. (ie the Dominion voting machines).
