“They come from all backgrounds, all races. I feel like we have a problem in our community that we’re going to have to face and address.”

Quoting: BuckyB Yes they allowing the youth in the black community to get by with these things with no consequences so all youth are starting to believe they can also they are not understanding that its only a few groups that are being allowed to get by with these things but when the youth start figuring it out the government will have created a whole new breed of racest.
