You can’t tell their sex until there about 7 years old and we adopted him when he was pretty young and already named Rosie. He’s about 15-16 now and will live to 84, so, he’d survive all of us assuming we live normal lifespans except maybe my youngest son. With the help of PetPeeve's thread about it, I learned in shock that her symptoms not only matched the terrible Vitamin D overdose in pet foods at the time, but the supposedly local brand I was giving her was on the list, as well. I was able to contact the American company using the likely Chinese vitamin supplement and they were gracious and helpful in the end. Initially angry at them, I saw they were victimized as well.
