I have suffered from depression all my life. I think I had depression since I was in my mother’s womb. Maybe it’s cuz I’m extremely emotional and everything triggers me. We have to learn how to deal with all those demons that hunt for us. We are strong beings. Remember who you are, you are GOD’s child.

One day I realized that if I don’t achieve all my spiritual goalsI I will come back to this dimension and I said “fuck it, I won’t, am gonna go through everything in this life cuz I don’t want to come back!”

We belong to the nature and nature heels us. Go for a walk, spend time outdoors... hug a tree, talk to the birds!

No i actually had a heart attack and was just about dead. Vision split into two spheres the reduced in diameter to less than the sizE of a dime as my hands fell away from the wheel and foot fell from the gas pedal .


It hurt bad at first but then i began to feel warm and the pain began to numb. Im pretty sure my body was releasing some compound to make the death less traumatic.


And then the blockage broke free at the last second. I was pissed . I was almost dead.
