That's true . . . but . . . what they will do is declare that the "national capital" consists of just the few acres on which sit the Capitol, White House, some office buildings and monuments, etc. Everything else in that rat-hole will become the State of Washington, Douglass Commonwealth.

Puerto Rico is next.

It can all be done by passing a Bill through Congress which the President then signs. it would take just a few days.

But if that happens, you can bet your life that many states will secede. They may either band together as some new nation.
