We have lost the entire federal government, except we've got some better federal judges. Use them, tie the Biden admin. up in federal court, the way they showed us with what they did to Trump.

And we control some state governments. We have some places to go.

I suppose so. If it's a gray area and especially if the Dems have done it, courts could support that view, especially because we have a lot of new federal judges.

Anger is highly overrated. Organizing and preparedness are fine, but don't get blue in the face waiting for something.

I'm pretty disappointed Trump keeps acting like he's more in charge than he is now. He apparently thinks he keeps supporters this way for "our movement", but he'll turn them bitter and they won't want to associate when and if there is a chance again.

Yeah, that could happen too. We're pretty much rolling downhill with no brakes at the moment. But even if he packs SCOTUS, well we saw how great SCOTUS was anyway, not a single one of the 9 would have taken the Pennsylvania case.

Even if they pack SCOTUS there are still the judges at the district and appellate levels.
