TPTB knew CV19 was coming.
Here is an interesting quote from the article:

All that is required is for someone to say they suspect you (or your city) had a nebulous general and poorly defined “opportunity” for exposure."
It's like a Red Flag law for disease.
If your neighbor hates you, all they have to do is call the government office and report that you MIGHT be sick and then you are arrested.
INSANE!!!!!
