So stupid. I was watching an archeology show, they uncovered some ancient skeletons and they could tell which ones were men, women and children because our skeletal structures do not morph according to what gender we "identify with".

Same with medicine. There are times when the birth sex of a person is very important when administering medications and treatments. "Identifies as a male" isn't going to help doctors treat a patient.

We are either born male or female. A very small percentage are born intersex which means they have genitals or other body parts like breasts from both sexes. But most of us are one or the other. Even if a man turns into a woman, 2000 years from now if some archeologist digs "her" up, they will identify her as a male because of their bones.

I don't care what you identify as, none of my business, but it doesn't alter the physical reality of the sex you were born as.

Worked closely with the state board.
Hospital administration wants to do the same gender ambiguity crap, and the board as well as us lab people know that there can be huge differences in test ranges and results for men and women.
This is complete irrefutable biological FACT.

Certainly, the gender of the child is not necessary on the birth certificate because there is no NEED for a birth certificate. What is is and the paper that follows will not affect the child one way or another.
My parents did not have birth certificates and they lived and procreated without a problem.
