My late dad was born on the same exact day in the same exact state as Bruce - September 23, 1949. Jersey through and through.

He always said the stork made a mistake and he was supposed to be a rock star, not the short, grumpy guy who never actually went to Vietnam like dad did.

Bruce did a great job articulating dad's life ...

His music, with the chimes and horns ... sounds like the boardwalk, which is as it should be.
