I've Got $10,000 and a TDAmeritrade account. How do I profit from this stock happening??

They're either swamped with people making new accounts, or they're intentionally blocking people from doing so.

Looks like two of the players are already out and covered their positions.

Citron Research, acknowledged Wednesday in a YouTube video that it unwound the majority of its bet and took “a loss, 100%” to do so.

Melvin Capital is also exiting GameStop, with manager Gabe Plotkin telling CNBC that the hedge fund was taking a significant loss. He denied rumors that the hedge fund will fail. The size of the losses taken by Citron and Melvin are unknown.

I will take a 2x or 3x tomorrow. ;) Yea, I would love a 10x or what some are saying a 30x...lol...I wont knock those either. If it hits 400 as some want to claim it will. I would cash out in a heart beat. I dont see it getting there by Friday though

Take your ten thousand and place 6k in a Roth IRA this year and buy some div stocks.. the fact that your asking about the market tells me you don’t know your ass from a hole in the ground and will most likely get burnt up pretty bad.

My wife just created her account about 30 minutes ago. Verified and deposited a little cash. Their servers could be getting hammered right now.

Do what is called a straddle 2 months out . It is where I buy a call and a put betting on both the upside and eventual downside of the stock gme

Melvin capital may be leaving but it's going to take days for them to cover their shorts

the math just doesn't add up to them covering all their shorts in one trading day.. it's going to take at least five to seven

Which means 5 to 7 days of GameStop running crazy. The short squeeze hasn't even started yet technically because they haven't covered their shorts

Made an account at top 3 apps today. Can not send money because I don't have a actual Bank Account. I use Green Dot Bank which is a pre-paid card. So, tomorrow I got to go the Chase or some f#cking bank and make an account with them.

UPDATE: Robinhood account successfully open, funds transferred and pending.

I even have a Routing # and a Account #. They still won't accept my Bank.

Buy BTC at 26,300 in a few days and sell some at 50, 60, and 70K

Or LTC at 110

Or ETH at 1100


Basically wait for the next 15% or so drop, then ladder in and wait for the fireworks.

We should see at least one more top in this cycle if not more.

Man, i wish I had a few hundred available to invest in one or two shares of GME

My advice: buy the morning dip. IF there will be one. I've learned that most stocks start high at the open, then will drop off for the mid-morning dip, then will gradually head upwards.

I'm not sure what will happen on or past Friday though!

What goes up, MUST come down! There's only so high a stock will go up before it does a drastic pull-back. The idea is to sell where you think the high point will be, and then you can always buy back in with more shares next time it dips down really low, it's probably going to go back up again, but not as high as the highest price. It's all a study of the chart patterns....

For what it’s worth, I’m up several thousand spread across the WSB portfolio. AMC, BB, BBBY, NOK, and NAKD.
Mainly AMC as it was cheaper to buy in than GME.
Portnoy said he’s got a million in AMC and NOK and might buy more. I expect that comment alone will drive the price significantly tomorrow.
I think some authority may well pause trading (again, and longer) or take other measures on GME, so again that puts me back to AMC.

It’s now becoming a phenomenon beyond WSB and people outside those circles will be drawn in by the boatload. Like the audience here.
I’m holding out as long as I can because either I lose about one paycheck, or this thing goes in the history books and I buy a Lambo.
