I can avoid eating 18 hours straight without any stomach growling while drinking green tea. I read about the chemical side of this (norepinephrine, dopamine). Any short and/or long term damage from this? By body feels good, but you "feel" good when taking heroine ;)

I never was a tea fan, especially green tea, but once I started drinking it for health...I LOVE the stuff now, and usually drink 2-3 glasses a day.

Remember..in asia they wash their tea...meaning first infusion is made to relise and discard some fluoride and molds spores

Dehydration becomes more dangerous after you get older. Second the caffeine can make you nervous. Otherwise it’s pretty healthy just don’t drink too much. Actually 20/4 intermittent fasting (where are you eat all of your food in a four hour window and don’t eat the rest of the day) is very healthy for you and keeps down inflammation. You just have to eat the right foods and enough food within those four hours.

My appetite is the same as everyone else in my household who do not drink it.
