Salmon covered in equal parts salt and sugar. Pepper and dill to season then put in air tight thing like Tupperware in the fridge for about three days depending on how dense you want it. We just bought a pound and a half piece, and it shrinks in half because it brines and pulls out the water. Once you have it this way you never want broiled or baked salmon again. I like the density and flavor... it's like anchovies to me. mmmm Just made one but not doing coffee. I was awakened to weather alerts and large thunder. I use dill on top of the brown sugar and ko cher salt, it makes all the difference We slice it paper thin and serve it on toasted garlic bagels slathered in butter and cream cheese also. I sprinkle cracked pepper on the cheese and top the whole thing off with thin sliced red onion, on top of the fresh lox. |

User ID: 80310102 United States 05/04/2021 08:37 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I try to be mindful of the amount of saturated fats I eat but I got a ton of omega-3 from the cod liver. When I can choose I'll choose a healthy fat. not that yolks are bad, I ate one yesterday for lunch. It was so good and gooey! I eat a yolk once every month or so. the saturated fats in eggs and coconut oil are essential to life... its the ones in heavily laced meats that can be the problem...Unless the body makes too much cholesterol eggs are the finest source of that in our foods... Cholesterol is needed to make the bodies steroids... some people cannot be vegan for that very reason...I can't be.. would love to be butMy suit of meat has some impaired issues with making steroids.. and I have to eat at least 2 eggs a day. I only buy high quality eggs from raised outdoors as much as possible. Chickens have more cholesterol when raised on bugs etc as part of their food. What can be horrifically damaging to health is too much omega 6.. in some of those unsaturated fats. if your cholesterol is not high.. eggs are good for you. I have a celestial angelic doctor... who insists on those eggs. I don't buy cheap crap eggs though. I won't eat eggs from abused chickens and what is labeled "cage free".. some of those are as crowded as ones stuffed in cages. https://imgur.com/a/nd97nM5 muckuh |

I have a blood clotting disorder and too much regular cinnamon causes me to bleed.. even both my eyes bled once when I was on cinnamon caps... I like the regular cinnamon better as to taste.. so I went back to the higher quality after my pound of organic ceylon was gone... since it had no effect on the diabetes... I just use cinnamon lightly ... if I am using too much.. a first sign is bruising from my insulin shots which I take several times a day.... |

Yeah, I used a couple of dashes on my oatmeal so I don’t overdo it. I think eaither cinnamon is good for lowering your blood pressure and bad cholesterol. So your blood has trouble clotting? So do you have to stay away from green teas as well? Both on my parents have had strokes and are on thinners so they can’t have green tea or any other food that helps to thin the blood. - - - - - - |

I even had a hysterectomy when I was done with child bearing be stop blood lose from the disorder. I had no idea until the testing for my disorder.. that aspirin was an issue.. I hemorhagged during some surgeries before I knew.Including my first C section.. I bled bad.. and my milk never came in. I spent time in the ER growing up to stop nosebleeds. and I still remember my tonsilectomy at age 6 or so... and the immense bleeding from that.. to the point of my throwing up the blood for a day or so... into a large mixing bowl.. my mother did NOTHING.. |

About to go buy veggies (organic) at Natural Grocers (slightly better prices than Fresh Thyme) with a $7-in-gas round trip to get them; though I realize Round-Up is in the rain clouds so nobody can truly escape it... so it's not 100% organic until I own a greenhouse and water plants with filtered water. Less poison if it can't be 100% eradicated. Vlad Putin put Russia on non-gmo years ago. Why can't we do that? |

So do you need to be careful around sharp objects or does the medicine protect you from cuts? I cut myself at work all the time and as annoying as that is I couldn’t imagine having to deal with endless bleeding. Strange to think about now but both of my kids were C section and I remember very little blood during both. I remember seeing internal organs and such but not much blood. - - - - - - |
