For some reason I have discontinued my normal breakfast routine since the Covid thing has set-in. Not sure why or what it is, I have merely lost my appetite to eat before midday or so? I used to be an avid breakfast eater too (love dem pancakes).

Interesting side note, I am actually gaining weight, even though I have been maintaining my workouts and taking in less calories each day? I was just thinking about it today as a matter of fact...

Eating less 'snacks' too- and only a small lunch- the only real meal I eat is dinner with the wife.

Maybe just getting old or something?

If you are gaining fat, it means your metabolism is slowing down. You better take measures to fix it before it gets out of hand.

Breakfast today will be oat porridge with billberries. I usually like to eat barley porridge but don't have it now.

A little bit maybe... but it's really muscle?? and I'm 50! My wife is like "what's your deal man?!" whilst squeezing my guns- I have actually done less weight stuff too- no real cardio lately... my waist hasn't changed in a decade or more. I do a yearly fast of 3-5 days (water only) and sometimes another 1 or 2 2-3 day fast. and I'm a 'soi boy' (I know you'll all love that one! ;) ) But why eat cute little animals when you don't need to?) I have not eaten flesh in 20 years and I am 6' 4" 240 of almost all muscle, piss and vinegar.
