I will be carbing up for breakfast. Bob's Redmill Oatmeal with blueberries and cream. Then a big cup of breakstone 4% cottage cheese mixed with Bob's Redmill Honey Oat granola and Crofters strawberry preserve. Also some thick, thick pork belly cooked just enough and some Dubliner Cheese. I've been dreaming of this breakfast for damn near 4 months. My leg workout tomorrow will be absolutely insane having glycogen restored and carbs coursing through my system. I woke at at 130am for some reason so I'm gonna have to wait a couple hours before i make it. Can't wake the kiddies Bob's Redmill Oatmeal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Always Think Twice. |

I ground my oatmeal to make a big ass fat free waffle with some canned peaches on top or not, probably not today. I use only egg whites in it for my protein and nut milk to give it batter consistency. I'm about to waste all the glycogen in my legs also :) I only wait 30 minutes after I eat. The insulin rush is also anabolic. https://imgur.com/a/x8YwM4H Last Edited by By Owner Req on 01/28/2021 07:30 AM grass fed sardines |

Romanian recipe published in 1936 cook book by Sanda Marin Preparation: 20 minutes Boiling: 15 minutes Baking: 35 minutes You need: 1 glass white white 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon sugar 6 tablespoons flour 4 eggs a pinch of salt frying oil 1 sachet of vanilla sugar You prepare like this: Boil the wine in a saucepan with a tablespoon of butter. When it boils, remove from the heat and quickly add the flour, stirring constantly, until the dough comes off the pan. You let it cool. Add the sugar and the yolks one by one, a pinch of salt and finally the beaten egg whites. Take a spoonful of the composition and fry the donuts in hot oil/better in lard!. Take them out with a spoon and spread powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar. Serve hot. My wife as much American as she can be, enjoyed them. No baking powder nor yeast is needed. |
