I take a side of cod liver oil too since my diet is so low in fat.

so this morning I had 4oz of carrot juice with my potassium in it... a cup of pumpkin coffee (I add my own pumpkin and spice...) and a bowl of hot cooked cereal.. a blend of several grains I made up for myself plus flax.. and I cook soy milk powder and pea protein and an egg into it. I didn't want fruit in it today... but usually I would add some fruit. Your cereal looks YUMMY:Triple Hearts:

as to oil.. I take fish oils in caps.. two kinds and flax oil in a cap for the benefits of both..
