I can't eat breakfast. In the morning I feel to nauseated to eat anything.
I rarely eat lunch.
I eat dinner and that's it.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78936591 My bff had that problem. I bought her some honey sticks and she started eating one at the midway point of her sleep and it has fixed her. I think it’s low blood sugar.  try it, take a tsp of honey in the middle of the night tonight and see if you feel better. :)
