French toast waffle today. 3 slices of wonder bread, some of it exploded out, 1/2 cup egg whites, cinnamon and vanilla and 1 tablespoon sugar free syrup, 280 calories. https://imgur.com/a/rVN2N1M such a tiny nibbler you are   LOL, that's where it exploded out of the waffle iron! lol  :lmsxy1:
