I have so many food sensitivities, it's hell going to a restaurant or a friend's for a meal
rice and eggs are the only things I can eat regularly for breakfast with no problems
so I use coconut oil to fry my eggs every morning and I dump some rice next to the eggs and now I love the way the rice gets a little bit fried and crunchy along with the eggs
it can't be the healthiest thing, because it's obviously got advanced glycation end products in it, you know the crunchy stuff from being fried that are basically carcinogens, but it's frigging addictive and that's my breakfast every day
I make my own gluten free bread but even those other grains I use can cause problems if I eat them every day, sometimes I'll make gluten free pancakes
ffs, food is a real pain for me, at least it keeps me thin 'cause i can't fucking eat anything, lol
I wish I could have an English muffin but wheat gives me seizures if I eat enough
