so far two small reduced sugar and carb cookies I made yesterday... I am lazy this morning.. shortly an egg and coffee and the already had the carrot juice I have each day.. complete with my morning potassium in it...

the cookies are made with 1/2 oat flour and 1/2 cashew flour... oat and cashew flours are not bitter.. takes less to sweeten a bit.

and of course my morning shot of insulin and the supplements I take with the coffee.

and now a little mandarin cutie.

you will like these! I use erythritol and they come out just fine but you can use whatever sugar you chose.

I don't use the alcohol sweetners... I use only stevia for fake sweet... the reason I don't use them is arch angel Raphael a long time ago said no... because these type of sweetners are the type of alcohol made in the body in diabetics that causes tissue damage like kidney issues.

Now I will look at the video while I have my coffee and supplements.

editing on the soaking almonds... I am only that far into the video... I make almond milk soaking them and grinding.. adding water to taste. 1/3 cup almonds will make a quart of almond milk...for my main "milk' I blend 1/2 soy milk and 1/2 almond milk. I tried cashew last time.. but I prefer the almonds.. they have more flavor. That is the milk in my coffee this morning..

edit on the cookies in the video..I NEED carbs otherwise these are similar to my mix of 1/2 whole grain flour of choice 1/2 nut flour of choice... which I use in quick breads too.
